Children will see how artists first learned the rules of fine art, then pushed, tested, and broke them to create new works with freedom. Along the way, they will record their discoveries in sketchbooks, developing their own creative responses to the art. Elspeth makes complex ideas accessible and exciting. Through discussion and interactive exploration, children gain a deeper understanding of the artworks, the history behind them, and the techniques used. In this welcoming setting, your child will feel encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and connect with art on a personal level—making the experience both educational and inspiring.
