The prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Payment must be made through our payment gateway providers at the time of placing your order. Payment in full will be taken at this time. You will be required to submit your payment details to the relevant third party payment gateway provider and you may also be required to accept additional terms and conditions in relation to the use of that service. We cannot accept, and hereby exclude to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any liability arising out of or in connection with your use of such third party payment provider.
Payment is taken for all orders prior to the order being dispatched, so please ensure that all details you provide to us are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid payment details nor can we accept responsibility if incorrect address details are provided and the order is sent to an incorrect address.
Deliveries & Returns
Boxes are designed to be delivered through a standard sized letterbox by your local post or will be held at your local post office for collection if you do not have a standard letterbox. Proof of delivery is not obtained. Actual delivery times may vary for you depending on:
• our stock availability
• your delivery address
• when you make your selection
• circumstances impacting delivery by the postage service. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification
You will not hold us responsible for any delays, outside our control, which relate to the delivery of boxes.
It is your responsibility to report all lost or undelivered boxes within 7 days after dispatch date by email to email@example.com. When a box hasn’t yet been delivered seven days after shipment day and the correct process is followed, a replacement box will be sent.
We do our best to ensure that your Art Box is in perfect condition when it leaves us! If you are missing items or items are damaged (which can sometimes happen in transit) let us know and we’ll get the problem fixed as quickly as we can. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may return any item to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt provided that the items within the box are still in original condition (e.g. paints have not been used or opened). Refund processing will be at our discretion. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Full purchase price of the item(s) returned successfully within 14 days of arrival will be credited to the account that was originally used to purchase the items.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact our customer services team on email@example.com. We retain the right to request a return of any faulty goods by recorded delivery to Unit 151 Battersea Business Centre, 99 -109 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5QL, and the product will be inspected. If we request recorded delivery then we will pay for the cost of the postage on provision of the postage receipt. If the fault is agreed, a full refund will be given for the returned goods. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is processed in 48 hrs and posted using either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 48hr Tracked. Delivery time will vary depending on the postage chosen, typically our boxes arrive between 3 - 5 days after ordering.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we do not ship outside of the UK, this is under review. If you would like to order a box from outside the UK please get in touch and we can give you a postage quote ( please be aware cannot be held responsible for any additional fees you may incur ).
Can I collect an Art Box in Person?
Yes you can collect an order from us in person at our studio on Lavender Hill ( Unit 151 Battersea Business Centre, 99 - 109 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 5QL ). You will need to arrange a collection time to ensure a member of the team is at the studio. We recommend you contact us ahead of time to ensure a member of the team is at the studio and we have stock.
