Service Description
Our 9+ holiday classes are the perfect way for children to explore their creativity and develop a foundation of art techniques. The children will be guided through the process of French Needle Felting, learning how to manipulate the marino wool safely with a barbed needle, into a festive design of their choice. What is French Needle Felting? Needle felting is the method of turning woollen fibres into soft sculptures by using a long needle with tiny barbs, stabbing into the wool creating shapes. You can create realistic looking animals, flowers, marine life, virtually anything is possible. This is a class for beginners and advanced all are welcome. Once you get the technique this is an easy and fun activity with fabulous results. What to bring A bottle of water and a small nut free snack.
