Children’s Winter Art Class: Acrylic Painting Techniques Inspired by the Tate Collection Technique is the foundation of any art form. Our focused technique classes offer young artists the opportunity to develop skills and confidence while building an exciting and varied portfolio. In this winter-themed acrylic painting class, children will explore key techniques to create art inspired by pieces from the Tate collection. Students will delve into acrylic painting techniques and explore winter-themed artworks in the Tate collection, choosing a painting that resonates with them. Building on the techniques practiced in the first session, students will continue developing their artwork, applying new skills with guidance and encouragement. By the end of this two-session course, each child will leave with an artwork, enriched confidence, and a deeper understanding of painting techniques.
